Refund & Returns Policy

At Athletica Collective PTY LTD (trading as 444 Activewear), we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read the following policy for returns and refunds.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached), you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if an item you have purchased is faulty, defective, or does not match the description provided, you are entitled to a remedy. This may include:

• A refund

• A replacement

• A repair

Conditions for a Return Due to Fault

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to a fault, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The fault was not caused by misuse or improper care.

• The item is returned within a reasonable time after purchase.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For faulty items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please keep your shipping receipt and we will reimburse you once the item has been assessed.

5. Exceptions

This policy does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions
